Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for purchases made on FateChart at fatechart.me. Payments are processed by our payment provider Creem.io.

1. Digital credits and subscriptions

FateChart sells digital credits and/or subscriptions that unlock chart generation and AI-generated interpretations. These are digital products delivered and consumed immediately when you use them.

2. Generally non-refundable once consumed

Because credits unlock digital content that is generated on demand, credits are generally non-refundable once they have been used to generate a chart or interpretation. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund at our discretion, depending on your situation and applicable law.

3. EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. However, this right is lost once delivery/performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By using credits to generate content immediately, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for the credits consumed. Unused credits within the 14-day period remain eligible for withdrawal.

If you are a consumer elsewhere — including Korea, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia or the United States — any mandatory refund or cooling-off rights granted by the consumer-protection law of your country or region continue to apply in addition to this policy, and nothing here limits those rights.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not generally provide pro-rata refunds for the current period, except where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Faulty or undelivered purchases

If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or a technical fault on our side prevented delivery, you are entitled to a correction or refund. Please contact us and we will make it right.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or exercise a withdrawal right, email support@fatechart.me from the email address on your account, including your order or transaction reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Creem.io.
